Publications purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 10 days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable publication sold by the Center for Financial Inclusion at ACCION International. Refunds for publications purchased that are NOT downloadable are only given if the publication received is incorrect or was received with damage made during the shipping process. In this case, you will need to return the publication to the Center for Financial Inclusion by regular mail.
